OUR STORY: Our beautiful apartments are not too far from Train Up A Child Primary School approximately 5km from the City Centre. We are fully fenced in a perimeter wall where the gate opens into a spacious compound beautifully designed with flowers, pavers and gardens.

These double storied and semi-detached houses. Each house has 3 bedrooms. Each house has on the ground floor; an open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area with an adjoining  guest room and a common toilet and bathroom. The ground floor is connected to an outer room for laundry and gas at the back

The second floor has a second living room at the first floor landing, a children’s room and an ensuite master bedroom opening to a wide balcony overlooking a garden with all sorts of shrubs and flowers and with a water fountain in the middle

AMENITIES: Each house has a separate utility meter and supported by an additional automatic power source, gardening, garbage collection, CCTV cameras, DSTV, WiFi, an outdoor sitting area and barbecue grill for the occasional chilling as may be desired by the residents of the complex.

DAILY RATES: $100 Per Night (up to 6 pax)
