OUR STORY: Two apartments located in a plush housing estate with gym, swimming pool and secure parking. The units are fully furnished and a great place for families and friends. Each unit a two-story townhouse with contemporary design and high-quality interior and exterior finishes. Downstairs comprises an open-plan seating and dining area leading to well designed kitchen with fitted units. Each unit has WiFi, Cable/satellite TV, DVD Player and Powder room. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards, and the master bedroom leads to a balcony. Parking area and small gardening space at the front, terrace and service area behind. Each apartment can be used entirely or as private rooms in a shared apartment Bedroom 1 – King Size bed Bedroom 2 – King Size Bed It’s a shared apartment. Please be mindful of other guests. Cleaning of the rooms is free and is carried out 3 times a week.

DAILY RATES: $45 Per Room Per Night Extra Guest in room: $15 Per Night
