DESCRIPTION: The land is located in Kapeeka opposite the GoodWill Ceramic Tiles factory and approximately a kilometer or so from the nearest tarmac. Kapeeka is a town in Nakaseke District of the Central Region of Uganda. It is approximately 43 kilometres by road, northwest of Matugga, this is approximately 62 kilometres by road northwest of Kampala.
