DESCRIPTION: Located in Jinja City in a locality known as Magwa, this plot supports a residential building, out building, pit latrine slab and two temporary
structures. It is of burnt brick walls, rendered externally and plastered internally
save for the sanitary areas which are clad with wall tiles. It’s painted
internally and externally painted. The roof is covered with Mangalore tiles on
timber purlins and trusses with a painted ceiling beneath. Entrance door is of
glazed metal casements with burglar proofing to the front door and a metallic door
to the rear door, interior doors are wooden. Windows are of glazed metal casements
fitted with burglar proofing. The floor is of over-site concrete finished with cement
screed except to sanitary areas which are tiled.
