They’re a total of 7 units sux of which are set up as a single bedroom units, with a sitting room, toilet/bathroom inside and then a small attached kitchen/store flanking the entrance to each unit, then the 7th detached unit has 2 bedrooms and a common toilet/bathroom
They’re all fully tiled and fenced in a perimeter wall fence in a quiet neighborhood of other homesteads, gardens and the lake which is within a walkable distance. The units are connected to NWSC grid for water but also do water harvesting. For backup therefore they’re equipped with 3 water tanks in total
The houses are quite close to key points like public transportation as commuter taxi’s go through the area from time to time
